I Passed the Exam – Now What?

You are at the best possible place that you could be at the best possible time. Always remember this. You’re starting with a blank slate or white canvas on which you can paint the future of your real estate business. From here the choices you will make will determine your path to success, the obstacles you face, and the growth you’ll achieve by overcoming those obstacles. In the end you will be successful. But the best place to start is at the beginning, and since were at the beginning let’s get started!

You’ve passed the test and now you can go out and sell a home, right?  Technically you are probably right, but realistically, let’s think this through. Carpenters have a saying, “Measure twice and cut once.” What this means is you should take the time to measure where you are and where you want to be. Jumping right in is important, but you should also know what you are jumping in to, right?

So, lets start with a PLAN. Take the time to sit down and make a list of what it is you need to accomplish.
